1. Introduction

Welcome to OwnerConnect, Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

2. Definitions

"User"

Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

"Free Trial"

A limited-duration evaluation of certain paid features.

"Subscription"

A paid plan, billed monthly or annually, that grants ongoing access to specified modules.

3. Use of Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable U.S. laws, including without limitation the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and National Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations.

4. Subscriptions & Free Trials

Free Trial. If you sign up for a Free Trial, you will have access to certain paid features for a trial period. You must cancel before the trial ends or you will be charged for the Subscription plan you selected.

Paid Subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date you select. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal via your account dashboard.

5. Fees & Payments

All fees are in U.S. dollars. We use third-party processors; you authorize us to charge your payment method on file. No refunds except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by OwnerConnect, Inc. and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will OwnerConnect, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post revisions here and update the "Last Updated" date.
